1.TAT AND QUALITY
Being Technocrats with long range Industrial Corporate Experience, we do take deliveries with quality and promptness seriously. We have spent many years of effort to develop our in-house software to deal with all aspects of claim processing, MIS and workflow management, to ensure quality output within TAT norms of the Insurers.
2. PAN INDIA SERVICE
We are based in Delhi, and provide our services all over India, Nepal and Bhutan in all non-motor departments, viz LOP, FIRE MARINE ENGINEERING, and MISCELLANEOUS (Please refer Page 5 to 9 for some of the ongoing and recently attended claims in this respect). Centralized control ensures quality work with speed.

Our core team members have Engineering, Finance, Accounting, IT and Management background from reputed institutes like IITS, IIMS, BIMTECH and FMS etc. and also carry vast industrial experience in well-known Corporate Houses in India & Abroad as well as in the field of Insurance.

We have been enjoying ideal relations with the insurance companies for 35 years and have attended assignments of all sorts of complexities & scale in all non-motor departments during this long period.
a. We have provided services relating to Survey and Assessment of Losses. Risk Inspection Technical Advisory and Arbitration spanning over more than 1000 different Industries.
b. One of the very unique ability that characterizes us is that we are geared to handle competently and deftly the Mega claims as well as Retail claims
c. Also relevant here is to mention our experience and ability to settle claims from OFFICE DESK in consultation with insurers, based on sufficiency of documentation and site inputs. This is greatly helpful in small claims / no claim cases/repeat claims where site visit may not be economically viable and where sufficient documentary/other evidences are available

In addition to our in-house workflow management software CREATION, we have our sister concern "Select e-Auctioneer Private Limited (SEA) with full-fledged e-auction setup-www.eauctioneer.in-which helps us expedite entire claim processing along with effective loss minimization, for the claims involving salvage disposal.
